Our goal at FCG is to help preserve buildings and equipment through predictive and preventive maintenance. This is accomplished through a dedicated staff of highly trained, experienced, professionals with the ability to assess and evaluate existing facilities. With over a combined 135 years of experience, our staff has provided consulting, training, project management and inspection services throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

THE DETAILS ARE BY DESIGN

I am the president of Summergate Condominiums at 4881 Cypress Woods Dr. Orlando, FL 32811.  
 
Summergate was built in 2000 and is comprised of six, three story buildings (216 units) with concrete tile roofs.  We’ve had ongoing roof leaks over the years and are on our fourth roofing vendor.  We always do our due diligence on the vendors we hire, but I’ve come to believe that most roofing companies are inept.
 
In August 2016 we engaged Facility Consulting Group to assist us with obtaining a detailed proposal from the roofing vendor we selected and to oversee the repair work contracted for.  I am thankful we did because once again we would have been totally ripped off if we had not had the reports and pictures provided by FCG to present to the roofing vendor in order for them to complete the repairs as quoted/agreed to.
 
I would highly recommend Facility Consulting Group as a third party to oversee/validate any major roof work you hire a roofing company to do.

During the past 6+ years, our company has been working with Facility Consulting Group on numerous different kinds of roofing projects. Their company offers high quality services. We can say that we have always been satisfied by their work.

One of the projects that we worked on pointed out the concern for quality and attention to detail that FCG has. For the first roofing project I worked on with Facility Consulting Group, they designed the roof survey package for all of my roofs at Durham Tech. The report they completed included the existing roof condition, life expectancy, pictures, detailed information on the issues with the roof, and a roof replacement cost budget. This roofing report was vital to me being able to secure the funding I needed to get the roofs replaced. Also, FCG designed the roof replacement for one of our buildings on our Northern Durham Campus. In my opinion it is the knowledge and creativity of FCG that resulted in such impressive results.
